My Story

During the most challenging years of my life and the diagnosis of having adrenal fatigue, along with several other health challenges brought on by stress, and not getting answers via the conventional route, I decided to plunge myself into finding solutions.  I was initially drawn to studying and becoming a Wellness Coach (which I did) with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and then naturally transitioned to developing a strong yoga practice which eventually led me to training and becoming a yoga teacher. Further studies then leading me to offer teaching in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Pranayama.

I am passionate about sharing in this wealth of knowledge I have accumulated over the years, so please join me as we delve into yoga, breathing and deep peace practices to calm the mind and soothe the soul.

Karma Yoga

According to Lord Krishna in Bhagavad Gita, Karma yoga is the spiritual practice of “selfless action performed for the benefit of others”.

Jnana Yoga

Jnana Yoga is a spiritual practice that pursues knowledge with questions such as “who am I? what am I ?” It emphasises the “path of self realisation”

Bhakti Yoga

Bhakti Yoga is the spiritual path focused on loving devotion towards a personal deity (ie Krishna).
