My mission as your Wellness Coach is to:

• Keep you accountable and track your progress
• Explore non food forms of nourishment, which may include spirituality, career, physical activity, relationships, and other lifestyle factors in addition to dietary habits
• Keep you motivated to achieve your goals
• Educate where possible
My role as your health coach begins with a FREE 20 min ‘Welcome to Wellness’ health consultation (face to face, skype or by phone) to get to know each other. We will also discuss your Welcome to Wellness Health and Lifestyle Assessment which you will complete prior to meeting and from there we can identify some goals and personalise a program suited to your needs.
