Community Classes

Are you a newbie to yoga and want to commence a practice and learn more?   Or do you love yoga and do it every chance you get?

During the warmer seasons, Spring and Summer, come and join in a weekly community class held outside on the beautiful decking of The Gully Public House and Garden surrounded by trees and a nearby creek.  And afterwards why not stay on for a well-deserve green smoothie or healthy breakfast specially designed for our yoginis.

You need to:

  • Bring your own mat
  • Bring a bottle of water
  • Dress accordingly

Bookings are essential as numbers are capped depending on space.  Phone:  8397 4300. Classes only $5.

These yoga classes provide a wonderful opportunity for those new to yoga to give it go, and for regular yoga practitioners to supplement their existing practice in a wonderful social and natural setting.

Length of class: 45 minutes

Note: There will be no props provided (ie bolsters, blocks or straps) but alternative poses will be given depending on physical ability and comfort
